Our Story
I started my career as a legal cashier at Shoosmiths, initially working with Elite for Windows.
From there I stepped into a role at AlphaLaw where I consulted with and supported small UK law firms. I have also been Head of Finance Systems Development at DLA Piper and been a consultant at Elite for 15 years, working with Elite Enterprise and 3E.
For over 25 years I have been involved with law firms of all sizes.
I've see the challenges firms face and in many respects faced some of these challenges myself.
EFS Consulting was born out of a desire to help law firms meet their business requirements, in an agile, efficient way that isn't always possible in a large consulting organisation.
